What we know: We are currently experiencing an incident driven by a global outage at Amazon Web Services (AWS), which is affecting multiple AWS services and regions. As a result, our platform is seeing disruptions in parts of our service stack.
Work underway: - Our engineering team is actively monitoring AWS’s status updates and our internal systems for the root cause and scope. - We are assessing which of our services are directly affected and prioritising remediation and fail-over actions where possible. - Because our status page relies on AWS-hosted systems, updates here may be delayed; we appreciate your patience and your understanding.
