Investigating - We’re investigating an issue where:

Newly created profiles are created successfully, but any subsequent changes (including associating the user to a company) may corrupt the profile, making it temporarily unusable.

Edits to existing profiles may not save as expected.

Scope: All sites. We expect that users registered between 06:00 UTC and now are affected, and profile changes made during this window will need to be re-applied once the fix is deployed.

We have identified all affected users to date and will work on fixing these profiles.

Resolved - Our engineering team has identified the root cause and rolled back to the previous version of the mobile app. As soon as the compatibility issue is resolved we will release an update to the app.

We're suggesting that users try deleting and reinstalling the app for your property, which should resolve the issue. The app version number should be 11.0.1.
