Resolved - AWS has resolved the issue with the Cloudfront service. All Equiem services are fully operational
Jul 16, 13:19 UTC
Monitoring - AWS has identified the root cause and is rolling out a fix. We have verified that the web platform, operational tools and Equiem One are operational again across all sites.
AWS has not yet confirmed the fix is fully deployed globally, so we will continue to monitor closely and will resolve this incident once AWS confirms resolution and services remain stable.

Identified - We have identified the cause of this issue as an outage affecting Amazon Web Services' CloudFront network, which Equiem uses to deliver the web platform, operational tools and Equiem One. This is a global AWS event affecting many services across the internet and is not isolated to Equiem. Our mobile app remains operational.

Users may experience pages failing to load or timeout errors when accessing the platform. AWS is aware of the issue and working on restoration. Our engineering team is monitoring closely and will confirm as soon as service is restored.
We will post a further update if the situation changes.
