Identified - We are investigating degraded performance affecting Equiem One. Some customers may experience intermittent time outs or page not found. Other services are operating normally. The issue began at approximately 2:27am UTC. Our engineering team has identified a fix which is being deployed. We will post an update by 3:27am UTC
